March 2026 Update

WorkShare v1.572 — Changelog

Major Features

QuickBooks Online Integration

We’ve added a full integration with QuickBooks Online to keep your books in sync automatically.

  • Automatic sync of customers, products/services, invoices, estimates, payments, credits, refunds, and voids — all pushed to QuickBooks every 15 minutes
  • Guided setup wizard walks you through connecting your QuickBooks account, mapping your income/AR accounts, business units to QB Classes, and payment methods
  • Smart dependency handling — invoices wait for their customer to sync first, payments wait for their invoice, etc. No manual ordering needed
  • Sync dashboard & reporting — see sync status, success/error counts, and pending items at a glance. A status widget on invoice pages shows whether each invoice has synced
  • Error recovery — if a sync fails, simply edit the record and it automatically retries on the next cycle. Errors on one record don’t block the rest
  • Historical cutoff — choose a date so only recent data syncs, avoiding overwhelming QuickBooks with years of legacy records
  • Automatic token refresh — your QuickBooks connection stays alive without manual intervention

Reservation & Booking System

A complete reservation management system for asset-based bookings (marinas, storage, rentals, etc.).

  • 10-step booking wizard — select reservation type, customer, dates, assets, map placement, package, and deposit in a guided flow
  • Interactive map management — upload facility maps and place assets visually with drag-and-drop. Supports scaling maps (real-world dimensions), slot-based maps (grid capacity), and coordinate maps
  • Map viewer with zoom, pan, and rotation — move assets in real time with constraint validation (overlap detection, clearance margins, capacity limits)
  • Asset type management — define asset categories (leased, operational, customer-owned) with custom dimensions, clearance margins, icons, and custom fields
  • Packages & pricing — create bundled packages with multiple pricing models (flat, per day/week/month/year), optional add-ons, quantity constraints, and proration rules
  • Timeline view — visual calendar showing all reservations across slots. Drag to move or resize reservations, click to create new ones, with 30-second live refresh
  • Settlement processing — automatic proration calculations at checkout for partial-period billing
  • Waitlist – Customers can join waitlists for reservations, staff can easily migrate a waitlist ticket into a new reservation with the click of a button.
