New Features Rolling Out! 1.43

As we progress to our milestone version 1.43 we’ve got a lot to talk about!

In this revision we’ve been focusing on daily quality-of-life features that can really help with your day-to-day. Here’s some of the big changes:

  • Default Business Unit and Job Type on New Booking
    • When making new bookings, a default Job Type and Business Unit will be defaulted. These can be set in your admin panel.
  • Create new account workflow updates
    • New Account workflow when making a new booking directs you straight to the new contact. Additional details such as billing address etc are tucked away behind a secondary panel for only when you need them.
  • Bugfix: Default Invoice Terms
    • When making new account, if you do not set invoice terms, all new invoices will use the existing default invoice terms.
    • New invoices will defer to account default terms if set.
  • Reports by Payment Type have been added to the Revenue Report
  • If you have Phonelink setup, You can now send invoices and estimates by SMS automatically
  • Jobs now have a “sign here” button for techs onsite with a single tablet.
  • Appointment reminders on the dashboard now have a reschedule option.
  • Main Search now supports search by phone, address, and email address in addition to names.
  • Phone dialer has been added to the header of every page.
  • Bugfix: Scrolling issue on adding agreements
  • Bugfix: Can’t reach save button on some forms.
  • Search boxes and autocomplete boxes now support the enter key to select
  • Tab-order fixed after autocomplete boxes.
  • Bugfix: Call logs default to today rather than MTD
  • Bugfix: Dismissing notification closes dropdown
  • Speed updates to dashboard and SMS chat.
